WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. — Led by Joe Bryant Jr.’s 23 points, the Norfolk State Spartans defeated the Monmouth Hawks 64-59 on Thursday night. The Spartans are now 3-2 on the season, while the Hawks dropped to 0-4.
