EDINBURG, Texas — Led by C.J. Jackson’s 16 points, the UT Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros defeated the Saint Francis (IL) Fighting Saints 77-51 on Monday night. The Vaqueros are now 2-1 on the season, while the Fighting Saints dropped to 0-2.
