Hawkins lifts Norfolk State past Delaware State in MEAC

NORFOLK, Va. — Jalen Hawkins posted 17 points and seven rebounds as Norfolk State got past Delaware State 74-66 in the quarterfinals of the Mid-Eastern Conference Tourney. Myles Carter led the Hornets on Wednesday night with 27 points and nine rebounds.
