Oakland tops short-handed IUPUI 69-58 in Horizon tourney

OAKLAND, Mich. — Jalen Moore had 16 points, nine assists and seven rebounds and Jamal Cain recorded 17 points as Oakland defeated IUPUI 69-58 in the Horizon League Tourney first round. B.J. Maxwell led the Jaguars on Tuesday night with 15 points.
