Foster lifts Howard past NC Central 75-74 in OT

DURHAM, N.C. — Kyle Foster hit a 3-pointer with two seconds left in overtime and had a career-high 27 points as Howard held on to beat North Carolina Central 75-74. Justin Wright led the Eagles on Saturday with 17 points.
