Rounding out the weekend with great weather

KYMA

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - Back-to-back days have had terrific weather conditions in the Desert Southwest.

Temperatures have taken a step higher Sunday, as most of the region is going to sit in the mid 90s at max temperatures. With it, plenty of sunshine will be present in the Imperial Valley and Yuma County.

Winds are going to hold off until the evening hours, but when they arrive, they'll be strong. Around dinner time, the Imperial Valley is going to experience gusts around 15mph. Those will die down later at night, but Monday will come with more.

Starting in Yuma County in the late morning and making its way into Imperial County by the early afternoon, gusts will be pushing up to 20mph.

Cloudy conditions could appear Monday in Yuma, but will not be too prominent.

Sunday's temperatures should be consistent through Tuesday, as well.
