Cartel leaves threatening message in Mexicali police booth

MEXICALI, B.C. (KYMA) - A cartel leaves a human head in a trash container along with a threatening message.

The discovery was made this past Saturday at a police booth in Mexicali.

The message targets the current police chief, a former police director, and the prosecutor's office.

No arrests have been made, and the human remains have not yet been identified.
