VOTER GUIDE: Diahna Garcia-Ruiz

Being a school board member for nearly 30 years, Garcia-Ruiz has been helping Heber with getting sidewalks, parks and bettering schools.

She's been on the Central Union High School District Board of Trustees and received awards by the Imperial Valley Social Justice Committee and MANA of Imperial Valley.
