FIRST ALERT FORECAST: High temperatures on the way for Fathers Day weekend

Many in the Desert Southwest may want to keep their celebrations indoors as temps will likely be above 105 for the weekend

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Dry conditions are slated to continue, with temperatures hovering near normal through at least the start of next week.

Breezy to windy conditions today will create elevated fire weather danger over the higher terrain of south-central Arizona.

Widespread breezy to windy conditions are expected by the end of the weekend.
