FIRST ALERT FORECAST: Very hot conditions coming along with strong winds
Temperatures are likely to be seasonably warm in the 100's, as winds of over 30 miles per hour could be coming as well
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Well below normal temperatures are expected to continue into tomorrow with highs remaining in the 80s and 90s across the lower deserts.
A warming trend will transpire through the latter half of this week as temperatures rise back to the triple digits from Wednesday-Friday.
A ridge of high pressure will begin to expand over N Mexico this weekend, leading to the hottest temperatures of the year so far with highs approaching 105F-107F across the lower deserts.
This will result in a moderate Heat Risk.
No precipitation is expected for the next several days.
