Congressman Raul Ruiz ready to serve Imperial County

IMPERIAL COUNTY, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - Representative Raul Ruiz (D-Calif.) talks about his first week in office about his first priorities for Imperial County.

Ruiz is excited to represent Imperial County, for which he's been an advocate for many years.

We interviewed him on issues Imperial County is currently having such as unemployment, homelessness, and the migrant crisis.
