Ballot harvesting case progresses

Yuma, AZ- She court hearing for one of the two suspects charged with ballot harvesting in San Luis has been continued.

Gloria Lopez-Torres pleaded not guilty after being accused of collecting eight election ballots during the 2020 primary.

She's been charged with two felonies of conspiracy and ballot abuse.

A prosecutor from the attorney general's office, overseeing prosecution, wasn't present yesterday.

Because of that, the hearing was pushed to January.
