COVID levels spike across Yuma and Arizona

Post-Thanksgiving covid infection rates increase in Yuma County

YUMA, Ariz (KYMA,KECY) - Eight Arizona counties, including Yuma county have high-risk levels for Covid-19 infection according to the C-D-C.

The alarming numbers have prompted city health officials to offer guidance for preventative measures including mask-wearing and social distancing.

The Arizona Department of Health Services states that the number of total cases in Yuma is 68,558.
