Local rodeo raises awareness of ticket scammers

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Yuma Silver Spur Rodeo announced on their Facebook today that there have been ticket scammers pretending to be them by selling tickets at high prices.

They mentioned their 2022 rodeo had scammers who would duplicate the rodeo event and would sell tickets at high prices.

The Yuma Silver Spur Rodeo says to only get the 2023 rodeo tickets online at their official website, YumaRodeo.

If tickets are bought anywhere else, they will not be valid says the Yuma Silver Spur Rodeo.
