‘Welcome home’ to a local Marine
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A local Marine was welcomed home after months of deployment.
Adam Sanchez visited his mom, our own Traffic Manager Jessica Sanchez here at the station after being in Japan for six months.
Adam works as an aircraft mechanic for the Marine Corps and is excited to be back home.
"Great feeling being back home. definitely missed mom, dad, family, friends. missed everything about it. we'll get some great time off have some time to relax kick back and enjoy being back home," says Adam Sanchez.
Our hero will be in Yuma for a couple of days before returning to duty.
He hopes to be back for the upcoming holidays.
