Staying COVID and Flu free this Halloween

EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - Public health officials say this time around COVID-19 is not as bad in Imperial County, however they still want residents to be safe.

Vo Medical Center in Calexico urges residents to do their part this holiday season, especially on Halloween night.

"This year is much better than last year but we still want to be careful because of COVID and also Flu is going up," Dr. Tien Vo said.

Currently, in Imperial County, there are 151 active cases of COVID-19.
