UPDATE: Two bodies found in Yuma County

The Yuma County Sheriff's Office received a report of two bodies found around County 13th Street and Avenue F

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - According to the Yuma County Sheriff's Office (YCSO), two bodies were located around County 13th Street and Avenue F on Thursday, September 22, 2022.

UPDATE: The two bodies were identified as Kristin Carrillo, 28 and Daniel Herrera Jr, 31 who were both from San Luis, Arizona.

YCSO said the deputies found the two victims with apparent gunshot wounds, Somerton/Cocopah Fire Department responded and the victims were pronounced deceased on scene.

This case is still under investigation.
