Arizona’s Children Association will host a fundraiser on September 29

AZCA will have a fundraiser on September 29 at Wheezy's restaurant

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A local business is helping children in need by holding a fundraiser for the Arizona's Children Association (AZCA).

The association is taking over Wheezy's restaurant at the Yuma Foothills on September 29.

Some of the proceeds will help local children in their biggest time of need.

''We're going to do a Wheezy's takeover here September 29 from 2 to 7. 10% of all sells including liquor and takeover actually goes to the Yuma most vulnerable foster children and families here in Yuma county," AZCA Director of Development Carrie Tatar said.

Wheezy's Restaurant is located at 11732 Fortuna Rd. in the Yuma Foothills.
