PHOENIX (KYMA, KECY) - A man was sentenced to 120 months in prison who previously pleaded guilty for sex trafficking of a minor on July 14.
Jahque Dijion Williams is a 21-year-old man from Los Angeles, California who sex trafficked a minor from Phoenix, Arizona.
The Human Trafficking Unit of the Los Angeles Police Department found a 17-year-old girl at a Los Angeles hospital who appeared to have been physically assaulted on July 23, 2020.
The victim met Williams on July 19, 2020 through social media where he invited her to a party in Phoenix.
She then realized it was a "recruiting party" for commercial sex workers.
