The Rise of the Lady Matadors preview

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Arizona Western College Women's Basketball just finished one of it's greatest break out seasons in program history.
The Lady Matadors came out of nowhere, going from unranked to a top 8 finish in only their 2nd appearance in the National Junior College Athletics Association Tournament.
Even critical losses of some of the team's key players didn't stop the Lady Mats from pulling off a historic winning streak, helping spark their improbable postseason run.
