UPDATE: Lanes reopened on I-8, Mountain Springs Road

EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - All lanes are reopened on I-8 and Mountain Springs Road—the closure lasted around 3 hours before California Highway Patrol began to let cars pass.

All lanes are closed on Interstate 8 eastbound at Mountain Springs Road due to a crash.

Eastbound traffic is being directed to the Mtn. Springs off-ramp.

This allows drivers to re-enter I-8 eastbound from the Mtn. Springs on-ramp.
