Buyers should be aware of contimants

PHOENIX, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Several Arizona dispensaries have voluntarily recalled certain marijuana products due to possible Salmonella and Aspergillus contaminations.

The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) has advised marijuana-related establishments and customers to dispose of these products.

No illnesses have yet to be reported, however, this announcement is made from caution as ADHS laboratory auditors have tested positive samples for Salmonella were free of contaminants. Another sample that also tested positive for Aspergillus was reported with similar results.

Anyone who has already ingested or inhaled contaminated products should look for symptoms such as diarrhea, fever, stomach cramps, and possible nausea, vomiting, or headache.

Watermelon Syrup from the Baked Bros brand has possible salmonella contaminants.

Customers should also be warry of the following products from the Toasted brand:

  • Sugar Cookies
  • Rose Gold
  • Dawgy Treats
  • Pear
  • Dirty Sprite
  • Bettie Paige
  • Russian Cream
  • White Rhino
  • Abracadabra
  • Boo Berry
