Central Union to host in-person graduation

EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA) - After a year of little to no graduations ceremonies schools in the Imperial Valley are once again hosting in-person graduations.

Central Union High School is one of the many to do just that and Principal Craig Lyon says that the Spartans class of 2021 has been resilient and looks forward to walking the line this year.

"It's just going to to special for these students that have not had the opportunity to walk on our football," Craig said. "It is going to be special for them and they will remember it."

Last year CUHS held a virtual ceremony, this year staff and students are even more excited for that the class of 2021 will get to walk across the isle.
