Richard Zarate
Hispanic male, 40. Height 5’7”, weight 232. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Richard Alvarez. Tattoos: Back – “ZARATE”, left hand – 10 dots, right arm – male with beanie and gun, left arm – “Angelica”, chest – “John Henry”. His probation violation is for the original conviction of the following: Count One: Possession of Dangerous Drugs Involving Methamphetamine, a class four felony.
Angel Francisco Rodriguez
Hispanic male, 23. Height 6’1”, weight 170. Brown hair, brown eyes.
