Jacob David Allen
White male, 30. Height 5’9”, weight 145. Black hair, brown eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction of the following: Amended Count One: Burglary in the Third Degree, a class five felony, and Count One: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Involving Methamphetamine, a class six felony.
Kasarah Oran
White female, 31. Height 5’2”, weight 104. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Shawne Oran / Shawne Ordonez. Left arm – heart with wings, back – butterfly. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of the following: Count Two: Possession of a Narcotic Drug, a class four felony.
