YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY)-Colonel Ben Patrick McFall III will assume command of U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) on Wednesday, July 8.

YPG holds a virtual ceremony broadcast through a Facebook live.
