Imperial County adds nearly 200 more coronavirus cases

Health officials report two additional deaths

EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - Imperial County coronavirus cases continued to climb Thursday.

Health officials reported another 181 cases, bringing the countywide total to 3,405.

In addition, the Imperial County Public Health Department (ICPHD) confirmed two more deaths from the illness.

California now has more than 140,000 cases of coronavirus. The illness is blamed for more than 4,800 deaths, including 43 in Imperial County.
