California allows in-store retail shopping to resume
SACRAMENTO (KYMA, KECY) - California announced all in-store retail may now be allowed to reopen with new modifications in place Monday.
Retail guidance for in-store shopping has already been in effect for certain counties, but now guidelines are applied statewide. The State says reopening is subject to approval from county health departments.
Today California also released guidelines allowing all places of worship to reopen effective immediately.
Modifications will be required in order to keep shoppers safe and to limit the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

The California Department of Public Health reminds the public Retail does not include personal services such as hair salons, nail salons and barbershops.
"Together, our actions have helped bend the curve and reduce infections in our state. As sectors continue to open with changes that aim to lower risk, remember that COVID-19 is still present in our communities"
