The latest in COVID-19 cases in Sonora
HERMOSILLO, Sonora (KYMA, KECY)-79 new COVID-19 cases are reported Wednesday evening in Sonora, bringing the total to 1,189.
Health officials report the new cases in the following cities; Hermosillo 46, Nogales 18, Cajeme 4, Magdalena 4, Guaymas 3, Ures 1, Santa Ana 1, Navojoa 1, Benito Juarez 1.
Hermosillo leads Sonora with the most cases.
The three new deaths were reported in women in the following cities; Etchojoa, Nogales, and Cajeme.
Since March 16, 89 deaths have been reported in Sonora.
In total, 3,178 people have been tested, 146 have recovered, 120 remain hospitalized, and 84 are in critical condition.
