Some Republicans say it's dead on arrival

WASHINGTON, D.C. (FOX) - House Democrats released a lengthy and expensive bill Tuesday (5/12) designed to pump more money into the economy and American's pockets.

Republicans said the bill is dead on arrival to the senate.

The Senate is in no hurry to pass a phase four relief bill.

Republican leaders say they first want to see how money passed in previous bills helps, and that the senate has no plans of passing anything before Memorial Day.
