Level 2 sex offender notification, change of address
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY)-The Yuma Police Department (YPD) is notifying the community of a level 2 sex offender in Yuma.
YPD says Juan C. Vaughan, 43 is living at S. 4th Avenue / W. 3rd Street, in Yuma. He is described as 5 feet, 6 inches, 205 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
On July 28, 2008, Vaughan pled guilty to 1 count of Indecent exposure (Sexually Motivated).
On August 14, 2015, Vaughan pled guilty to 1 count of Violation of Sex Offender Registration (Failure to Register).
Juan C. Vaughan is a level 2 sex offender with a medium risk to re-offend.
