SLRC now has more coronavirus cases in the state of Sonora
SAN LUIS RIO COLORADO, Sonora (KYMA, KECY)-San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora, continues to lead the statistics, registering 51% of the cases in the state bringing the total to 124.
Health officials say Hermosillo has a total of 44 cases, Huatabampo 16, Cajeme 14, Nogales 11, Caborca 8, Guaymas 7, and Navojoa 6.
On Sunday night, the Sonora Health Secretary Enrique Clausen Iberri said,
“This day, 21 new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in Sonora, in which 245 have accumulated since March 16 when the pandemic began in the state, and 26 deaths remain; The cases occurred in 11 women and 10 men residing in the municipalities of: San Luis Río Colorado 9, Hermosillo 6, Guaymas 2, Cajeme 1 and Caborca 1; none of the patients traveled out of state and 2 of them are health workers where one works in San Luis Río Colorado and the other in Nogales, "he said.
