YCSO issue notification of Level 2 sex offender

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY)-The Yuma County Sheriff's Office (YCSO) wants to notify the community of a Level 2 sex offender who recently moves to a new home.

YCSO says William Joslin, 56, is now living at the 700 block of S. Sunset Avenue in Somerton.

Joslin is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. 

He is not wanted by the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office at this time.

On February 10, 2009, Joslin pled guilty/no contest in the Yuma County Superior Court to Sexual Conduct with a Minor and Attempted Child molestation.

He was sentenced to 15 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections and is now on supervised probation with the Yuma County Adult Probation. His victims were two female minor children who were known to him. 

William Joslin is considered a Level 2 sex offender with a medium risk to re-offend.
