UPDATE: Police identify victim of early morning crash
Officers still seeking more information on wreck
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Yuma Police have identified the 18-year-old woman killed Tuesday morning in a rollover accident on Avenue B.
Itzel Sandoval of Yuma died on the way to the hospital following the wreck.
It happened around 1:30 Tuesday morning along Avenue B near 20th street. Officers say a Nissan Xterra was trying to make a left turn onto 20th Street when it hit a Chevrolet Sonic. The Sonic flipped on impact. Three passengers were thrown out of the car, including Sandoval.
