Woman suffers life-threatening injuries from crash

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY)- A woman was rushed to the hospital after crashing Wednesday.

The Yuma Police Department says the 52-year-old woman was driving her 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle westbound in the eastbound lanes of E. 32nd Street when she lost control of the motorcycle.

Police say the woman was transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries and later flown to Phoenix hospital.

According to YPD, alcohol appears to be a factor in the crash.
