For most, Girl Scout cookies are miniature sirens calling us. We spend the year counting down the days until the door bell rings and we see those angelic figures in their vests. It's a guilty pleasure with an added bonus - it helps a worthy cause.
On Friday cookie livers were treated to a welcome sight - towers of Girl Scout Cookies. More than 9,000 boxes were delivered to Yuma County.
Soon, troops will be found at every shopping center and public event selling these enticing delights. But, if you can't wait, you can check out the Girl Scouts website, type in your location and get the closest troop to get you your cookie fix.
