TEHRAN, Iran (KYMA, KSWT, KECY) - A Ukraine International Airlines flight crashed just after takeoff from Tehran's Imam Khomeini airport Wednesday morning Iranian time.

Iran's semi-officials Fars news agency reports the Boeing 737 had 180 people aboard at the time of the crash. Reports sight unspecified technical problems.

Flight data from the airport shows the Ukranian 737-800 took off, then stopped sending data almost immediately afterward.

Video posted to Twitter by Iran's ISNA news agency showed a faint glow of light flickering shortly before a huge explosion was seen.

An investigation team is reportedly at the site of the crash in the southwestern outskirts of Tehran.

The crash comes just hours after Iran launched missile attacks on two Iraqi military bases housing U.S. personnel.
