Slight warm-up expected as new year kicks off
YUMA COUNTY, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY, KSWT)- A Pacific low moving southward along the West Coast will lead to cloudy conditions Monday and Tuesday.
According to the National Weather Service (NWS), there will also be a slight chance of precipitation near and west of the Lower Colorado River Valley.
Another system brushes the region Wednesday into Thursday which will bring normal conditions and clear skies.
Pacific high pressure builds inland at the end of the week and over the weekend with highs climbing to above normal readings next weekend.
