Close call as men narrowly escape falling tree

ISTANBUL, Turkey (KYMA, KSWT, KECY) - Three men are lucky to make it out safe as winds ripped through Istanbul this morning.

Video shows a group of men seen walking down a narrow street lined with cars, not knowing what is about to happen.

In an instant a massive tree crashes down, directly in their path.

The men have enough time to react, missing the tree's branches. One man is seen falling down in the process.

At least two cars are seen severely damaged in the aftermath.

Eyewitnesses said fire crews removed the fallen tree after the close-call. No injuries have been reported.
