Bus collision in Guatemala kills at least 20
GUATEMALA (KYMA, KSWT, KECY) - A collision between a passenger bus and a trailer truck Saturday killed at least 20 people, including a 7-year-old boy.
The bus was traveling to te city of Santa Elena, near the Guatemala-Mexico Border.
At least 20 people were killed, and a dozen wounded. The National Disaster Agency says nine of the dead were minors.
Video shows the truck on its side along a curve on a two-lane highway. The passenger bus is shown further ahead, with major damage to the rear.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
