Imperial Valley raises over $6K for Humane Society of Imperial County
4th Annual Jingle & Mingle
Imperial Valley, CA (KYMA) - Thursday, Benchmark Mortgage of Imperial Valley hosted the 4th Annual Jingle & Mingle Holiday House Tour.
It's an annual holiday fundraiser benefiting the Humane Society of Imperial County.
The goal was to raise $6,000.
From entry tickets, raffles, and donations, by the end of the night, the event raised over the $6,000.
More than 20 local sponsors contributed to putting together the holiday event.
Also, eight of Benchmark Mortgage's clients in the Victoria Ranch neighborhood decked out their homes in Christmas decor, competing for the best indoor and outdoor Christmas showcase.
In addition, there was an ugly sweater competition and pet adoptions on site.
Last year it rained on the day of the event, however, there was still a turnout of nearly 65 people.
This year, event organizer Valentina Estes expected an even better turnout!
