BREAKING NEWS: Officers killed in San Luis, Mexico

SAN LUIS, RC, Mexico (KYMA, KSWT, KECY) - Mexican news reports say two state police officers have been shot and killed in San Luis, Mexico.

La Primera Noticias reports Officers Ramos Martinez and Ricardo Castro were shot in an alleyway near Calle Zapata and Monterrey Avenue. Published reports call the killing an assassination.

Local and state police are on scene investigating.
