Crash leaves a woman in the hospital, witnesses say
YUMA, Ariz. - A woman was struck while crossing the street Tuesday night. Paramedics took her to the hospital.
Witnesses said just after 8 p.m. they saw the woman get hit by a jeep. We are told the driver did stop.
The incident happened on 32nd Street just east of the Araby Road intersection. The westbound lane of 32nd street was closed off between Avenue 7E and Araby Road.
The cause of the accident is under investigation. We will bring you more details as police release them.
