Level 3 sex offender address notification

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KSWT, KECY)- The Yuma County Sheriff's Office (YCSO) is notifying the community that Ricardo Antonio Capello is now residing at the 11000 block of Hunter Avenue in Yuma.

According to YCSO, he is described as 6 feet, 0 inches, weighs 200 pounds, and has gray hair with hazel eyes.

YCSO said that in 1984, Capello was convicted of sexual abuse in the Hawaii Circuit Court.

Reports said that in 1991, Capello was convicted of Kidnapping First Degree with Sexual Motivation in the King County Superior Court in Seattle, WA.

In 2001, Capello was admitted to the Special Commitment Center in Seattle, WA., where he was determined to be a sexually violent predator.

YCSO said that due to Capello's sexual criminal history, he has been classified as a level 3 sex offender with a high risk to re-offend.
