Freak accident kills one man in San Luis
Big rig rolled over victim
A freak accident in San Luis left one man dead.
Police say the victim, Samuel Valenzuela Montijo, was sleeping under a big rig. They say the truck driver got in, started the semi, and drove off without even realizing Montijo was under the vehicle.
Lieutenant Marco Santana with the San Luis Police tells us, "The driver basically ran the guy over. He didn't hear or see anything."
Montijo suffered critical injuries. He died on the way to the hospital.
