City of Yuma releases final election results
3 City Council members selected
The City of Yuma released its final, unofficial results from the November 5, 2019 municipal election on Tuesday.
Mike Shelton, Ema Lea Shoop and Chris Morris will begin their four year terms on the city council in January 2020.Â
Shelton, who has already served on the council received the most votes finishing with 48 percent of the vote, while one single vote separated Shoop and Morris who both finished with 43 percent of the vote.
