Border Wars: Cartel boss arrested in Rosarito

Authorities in Baja California are reporting that a man arrested in August for a string of shootings has been identified as Jesus Alfredo “N” a boss in the New Generation Jalisco Cartel. According to police Jesus Alfredo was tied to a shooting in Rosarito and a warrant was issued for his arrest. It was later determined that he was connected to the vicious cartel known for drug distribution and murders.
