KYMA
A look at Yuma's 2018 Veterans Day Parade

What you need to know

YUMA, Ariz - Celebrate with the community for Yuma's 2019 Veterans Day Parade on Monday, November 11, beginning at 9 a.m.

Be sure to gather along 4th Avenue to honor and celebrate Yuma's military veterans.

The parade will begin at 17th place, near the Yuma Mesa Shopping center, and will continue down 4th Avenue.  When it reaches 25th street it will make a left, and then will make a right onto Virginia drive. The parade will end at the American Legion Post 19.

The American Legion Post will commemorate official end of the First World War, with an "11th hour ceremony."

After the ceremony there will be a barbecue lunch along with live music.

Prepare for 4th Avenue to be closed  for most of the morning, and allow extra time for an alternate route.
