Yuma awarded most patriotic city in Arizona
Right here at home, the city of Yuma was awarded Insurifty’s most patriotic city in the state of Arizona coming in third place out of 50 different states.
“It means that we have freedom, and we can live safely, for the most part, we can,” said Diane McGee, a resident of Yuma.
Residents in the community said the news does not surprise them at all but fills them with a sense of pride living here.
“Patriotic belongs to somebody to understands the constitution and lives accordingly to it and that’s what we look for,” said Susan, another resident of Yuma.
