BREAKING NEWS: Somerton man sentenced to life for murder

BREAKING NEWS: A Yuma Superior Court judge just sentenced Oscar Quintero to life in prison for the murder of Clarissa Medina.

Medina was the mother of Quintero’s children. Prosecutors say he stalked her, then opened fire on her and a co-worker in Somerton in January 2018.

KYMA’s Ciara Encinas was in the courtroom when the judge handed down the sentences. She’ll have a live report on News 11′ s Early Edition at 5 p.m.
